Outline of the 14th Annual Kazuo Itoga Memorial Prize

| 1. Purpose |
|
Carrying on the philosophy of the late Mr. Itoga, who continuously devoted himself to improving the welfare of the disabled, and promoting respect for the human rights of the disabled, the Kazuo Itoga Memorial Prize was established with the aim of realizing an integrated society that ensures the well-being of the disabled and their families. With this view, the Prize is awarded to those people who have contributed outstanding services toward the promotion of welfare for the disabled. |

Applicants' eligibility |
|
Individuals living in Japan,in welfare for the disabled are highly valued,
and who are expected to play even greater roles in this field in the future. |

Number of recipient and prize money |
|
- The number of recipient shall not exceed one. |
|
- Certificate and prize money of one million yen will be presented to the
recipient. |

| 5. Screening methods |
|
Recipient of the annual Kazuo Itoga Memorial Prizes will be selected by
the ScreeningCommittee from among the nominees(including nominees for the
previous three prizes), and their selection must be approved by the Board
of Directors |
