On the basis of the respect for fundamental human rights of the handicapped person, I inherit a heart of late Kazuo Itoga worked on improvement of the welfare of handicapped persons through a life and, for the purpose of a handicapped person and the family contributing to realization of the welfare society which can live in peace, confer "Kazuo Itoga memorial award" for an individual played an active part who is remarkable in a field of the welfare of handicapped persons and a group (for all corporation, arbitrary groups). |

| 3. Contents of the memorial award |

Qualification of a candidate and the candidate group |
|
I do it with the individual whom I live in Japan, and the activity results about the welfare of handicapped persons are appreciated and future more activity is expected of and a group
(for all corporation, arbitrary groups). |

Commendation |
|
I assume it within two (group). |
|
I confer certificate of merit and supplementary prize 500,000 yen for one person (group). |

| 4. Offer period |
|
I do it from March 1, 2012 to June 30, 2012. |

| 5. Selection method |
| |
From the individual whom there was of the recommendation and a group (including the application to previous three times), a selection committee selects it, and the receiving a prize is decided with a decision of the board of directors. |
